Congrats to Scott Rudd for his Belgian Dubbel.  Sept. meeting throwdown beer style is Oktoberfest/Marzen.

It's finally happening; I'm brewing on the big system here at the house.  20 gallons of Stout- courtesy of Sierra Nevada logic.  First brew in a new system, crappy time of year- stout flavors should be bold enough to hide little off-flavors.

Mash-in is expected by 1pm (4 July 2010).  Come stop by if you wanna view the inaugural ale on the big toy!

Last week went so well; and the beer is done fermenting- that I'm brewing 20 gallons again today!  Or tonight rather...  So, if any of you would like to join me for another epic day of brewing, call or email.  I'm thinking a 10:00pm start time- so come over when you want, stay as long as you like.  Seeing all the stainless in my garage, brewing beer, is awesome!  When I started homebrewing (over 6 years ago), I never thought I'd be doing it this big at home!
